TERMS OF SERVICE
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Once the order has been packaged and the shipping label is printed refunds are not allowed. Returns are only allowed on defective electronics which can be exchanged or a credit will be given for future use. Once orders are mailed out, we are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
SHIPPING: Please confirm that your address is correct prior to completing your order. There will be a fee of $5 charged if your order is returned to Bliss Lash Supplies & More LLC.
MAILING ISSUES: Once the order is shipped, and the tracking number has been sent, Bliss Lash Supplies & More LLC is no longer in possession or has authority of the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will have to contact the mail carrier (USPS) with issues concerning your package.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS: We will only accept returns on defective electronics. Which can be exchanged for another item or you can receive a store credit for future use within 15 days of purchase.

Yes delivery is available. Delivery is free within a five mile radius. If outside of five miles there is a fee of $10
